How It Works

Step 01 | Apply

Complete the intake form so I can better understand your business needs and determine if we’re a good fit.

Step 02 | Discovery Meeting

We will schedule an in-person meeting at your place of business to discuss your current administrative challenges, workflow structure, and support needs.

This allows me to understand your systems, expectations, and priorities so we can determine the most appropriate support package.

Step 03 | Agreement & Onboarding

Once we move forward:
• A service agreement is signed
• Your retainer invoice is sent
• Access to necessary systems is provided

Step 04 | Ongoing Support

Support begins on a monthly retainer basis. Tasks are prioritized weekly, and communication is handled via email with a 24-business-hour response window.
